Getting started with the
               California Cultural Data Project

Dear Colleague,

Since the January 4, 2008 launch of the California Cultural Data Project (California CDP), more than 2,500 organizations have started using the CDP statewide!  We'd like to help you get started too! 

This project is the most ambitious and comprehensive effort ever to gather and analyze information about the contributions of the cultural sector to California's economy and quality of life.  During the coming year, applicants to many California grant programs will be asked to participate in the California CDP. 

Get started by visiting the California CDP Web site http://www.caculturaldata.org today! Create an account by selecting New User Registration. Review the online training and start your profile.

Get the most from the California CDP.
Attend a free NEW USER training session.

These important training sessions will show you and your staff how to enter data into the California CDP and use its powerful reporting features.
